Who is this service for?

For business migration applicants who have arrived on long-term temporary business visas where the granting of second-stage permanent visas are conditional upon the purchasing and/or setting-up a compliant business.

Generally, applicants under this visa class must establish and operate a business that meets strict financial and operational thresholds as outlined by the official immigration authorities. At pre-determined milestones, your business will be “tested” by the immigration authorities and it MUST meet the prevailing immigration regulations and thresholds in order for you to qualify for permanent residence visas.

As such, our business “warrant of fitness” service will be available to you at regular intervals to assess the progress of your business and ensure that you and your business satisfy these important criteria.

If necessary, you will be advised on any action to be taken to grow your business or any changes that may be necessary to ensure that you are eligible to apply for permanent residence visas in the future.
