Who is this service for?

For business migration applicants who have arrived on long-term temporary business visas where the granting of second-stage permanent visas are conditional upon the purchasing and/or setting-up a compliant business.

Generally, applicants under this visa class must establish and operate a business that meets strict financial and operational thresholds as outlined by the official immigration authorities. At pre-determined milestones, your business may be “tested” by the immigration authorities and required to meet the prevailing immigration regulations and thresholds in order for you to qualify for permanent residence visas.

As such, our business “warrant of fitness” service will be available to you at regular intervals to assess the progress of your business and ensure that you and your business satisfy these important criteria.

Our role is to gather business information from you for our team of licensed / registered migration agents and immigration lawyers at MigrationBureau. Visa Centre and Four Corners who will conduct an assessment of your case under the prevailing immigration regulations.
