Who is this service for?

For persons who require a business plan that is both viable and meets local market conditions. Your officially-recognised migration agent advises you on your immigration case while ODG Associates focuses solely on providing business guidance and help with preparing a viable, stand-alone business plan that can be presented to banks, lawyers, real estate agents, business brokers and accountants. Please note that we cannot prepare business plans that are solely for use in a visa application and we will refer any such requests to an outside Chartered Accountant or professional for assistance. Our business plan assistance is only available to persons who request a stand-alone business plan for general use.

What does ODG Associates provide?

ODG Associates’ business plan consultants personally assist you with gathering your information and formating an extensive, well-researched business plan. Often these plans require extensive desk and field research and can be up to 50 pages in length. We will assist with any aspects you require and, based on your business idea, we can help you to create a draft business plan in close and regular discussion with you. You are actively involved at every stage and it is your business plan, but we can help you to complete research, gather your information and help you to format your proposed business activities into a suitable stand-alone business plan document.

You will receive assistance with all the necessary aspects so you can concentrate on investing or establishing a successful business on your arrival.

In consultation with you, we can on request:

• Liaise with you to ascertain your business intentions and objectives.
• Gather information from you and insert into a standard business plan format.
• Research any remaining aspects of your intended business and obtaining the necessary material for your business plan.
• Identify businesses or properties listed for sale that meet your specifications.
• Assist with the preparation and writing of a comprehensive stand-alone business plan which you can use to present to banks, accountants and lawyers.
• Pass on any of your questions to your officially-recognised migration agent for them to be answered or to check the suitability of your business idea to ensure it does not infringe any immigration regulations or other requirements.
• Research regulations governing the operation of your proposed business in your intended destination to ensure it meets local laws and regulations.
• Establish introductions and personalised referrals to lawyers, accountants, Government agencies, banks and industry associations.
• Guidance on the relevant regulatory or industry bodies and import/export regulations that may apply to your proposed business activity.
• General information, advice and assistance with the relocation process.
• NOTE: ODG Associates consultants do not provide specific immigration advice and we can help prepare a stand-alone business plans for general use only to hand to banks, accountants and lawyers etc. For regulatory reasons, we are not able to prepare a business plan solely for a visa application as the use of any business plan in a visa application must be overseen and controlled by yourself and your officially-recognised migration agent at Migration Bureau, Visa Centre, and Four Corners.
